Last but not least we have the remaining crew from Sundara’s household. Just an fyi on her family timeline over the last 6 years or so: she started with Simon, then Eddie, then Augustus the dog, then found a litter of kittens, spayed and kept the mother (Adeline) and one of her babies (Ulysses), had the rest adopted, and then welcomed Lily into the household. Yes, she is no doubt that crazy dog and cat lady! I love it.

I also loved photographing in Sundara’s house. The interior is open and the walls are stark white except for a bold swath of orange (yay!) on the kitchen cabinetry. A very large window facing east I mean west let the light in all afternoon. I had a field day with sun flare and light bouncing off all the white walls.

I had a lovely time visiting Sundara and her four-legged posse out in Seattle. Hope to see you all again soon!

Beautiful shots – hope you got to play with them lot :)
ps: that Augustus butt sniffing shot makes me laugh!

      B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L ♡♡♡♡♡︕︕︕︕

ROFL at the butt sniffing, that happens at our house ALL THE TIME! hahahahahahahaha
Absolutely magical photos, you’ve captured personalities here so well.

Looking at these, I realized that my goal in life is to become a cat lady. My favorite shot is the cat stretching with the tail so far off in the background. But they are all just fabulous shots!

Utterly gorgeous, Li! Stunning photos. I can’t imagine how absolutely delighted Sundara is with her keepsakes from your visit!

All your Seattle photos are gorgeous! Ulysses could not have been better named – he looks like he has so much confidence!

I love those two lolling on the table. So great.

I *love* the foot licking shot- why do they have to spread their toes even when they’re not cleaning between them? LOL Gorgeous photos as usual. =)

So, what these photos are saying is, I need to buy more yarn to support this household. OK, you talked me into it.

Sundara has such a love of tabbies, which of course is CORRECT, and the way things should be :). Eddie is so big… I remember when he was just a small sickly kitten…

4 cats and 2 dogs? I will have to talk to Rich. He has capped the population of our place at 3 cats and 1 dog. I long for a Maine Coon, one that will let Logan play with him.

      Love the critters!

As always, I love all your photos. I especially like the one of the lone cat in the cat bed!

Thank you Li for all these amazing photos!! I can’t even express how great they all are.

And, to defend my crazy cat lady ways, I must state publicly that Adeline came to my apartment and meowed at my door for 3 hours. She was clearly pregnant, so I took her in, got her vet-checked and a few weeks later, she gave birth to 5 kittens in a box by my bed. I had 8 cats! I found homes for four and I’m quite proud that I am down to four. I didn’t exactly mean to get 4 cats. It just sort of happened. Because I am a sucker for stray cats.

BEAUTIFUL shots!! The lighting is wonderful, and you certainly utilized it perfectly. Really lovely :)

I am always amazed at some of the shots you are able to get.
