I am playing a game of catch-up here! Sarah & Nazmy were married on that Sunday in August when Hurricane Irene came sweeping through. Well, they were supposed to be married that day, but to avoid the potential of canceling their festivities outright or having stranded travelers, they moved their wedding up by 26 hours. It was basically like planning a second wedding in under a day! All the originally hired vendors worked around the clock to accommodate the new schedule, and those who could not, such as the officiant and the photographer, found replacements. I took over for Lisa Rigby (see their engagements photos at the Arboretum). Everything turned out just lovely, especially that gorgeous wedding cake. I helped myself to a few slices :) Here are some of my favorite photos from their wedding at the lovely Pierce House in Lincoln, MA.
