Alison and Chase were married on a beautiful, perfect June day at the Sagamore Resort on New York’s Lake George. I had the help of fellow Pinhole Press colleague Sarah E. to assist me in the day. After everyone was finished getting ready, I took Alison and her immediate family to the front of the resort for some pre-ceremony portraits, while Sarah took Chase and his family to the back. We had a lovely walkway shaded by curtains of vines for our backdrop; Sarah had the lake. No bad views to be had!  After family portraits were done, Alison met Chase by the water for their First Look (nevermind that there was an accidental first look before the real one!) and then we headed a short distance to the ceremony at the quaint Church of Saint Sacrement. Back at the Sagamore, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing, and general non-stop reveling awaited until we did stop briefly for sunset portraits on the water. Alison showed off her two types of smiles: big and even bigger. Like this :D as you can see. It was such a happy, moving, beautiful day and I am so honored to have been a part of it. Congrats to you both and thank you again for having me!

By the way, Alison and I partied in Ireland last year!

Thanks Sarah for 2nd shooting. Thanks stylish kid in the fedora for 3rd shooting.
Thanks Dan for driving and making me eat that extra bite of homefries.

Fabulous work! Especially the guy leading the YMCA, (if that’s what it was) perfection!

Those are gorgeous photos Li! And your calligraphy work is awesome!

You really captured the essence of the event. I attended a wedding in the Lake George area. It is gorgeous there!
